Free delivery in Singapore on orders above S$350. Below that, delivery is a flat S$5.
Orders are shipped every Monday. Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Exchange/Refund Policy
- All our items are tagged with a S.A.D tag.
- Exchanges or refunds are allowed within 1 week, provided the S.A.D tag remains uncut.
- You must visit our shop in person to process the exchange or refund, and it will be done at our convenience.
- No extensions to the return period will be granted.

Clearance Items
- Items marked as clearance are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Measurement Errors
- Please allow for a variance of ±1-2 cm in our measurements.

We are not responsible for any damage, shrinking, or color fading that may occur after washing or dry cleaning of the products. Our liability is limited solely to the authenticity of the product.

Preorder 3+ weeks
- No Exchange or Refund for Incorrect Sizes — Please ensure you double-check your size before placing an order. No exchange or refund will be provided for incorrect sizes.
- Waiting Period — Orders may require a waiting period of at least 3 weeks or more.
- No Cancellations or Amendments — Once the order is placed, cancellations or amendments to sizes are not allowed.
- Full Payment Required — Orders must be paid in full at the time of placement.
- Out of Stock Items — In the event that an item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
- Patience is Required — Please refrain from rushing or repeatedly following up. Delays caused by customs clearance or delivery times are beyond our control, so we kindly ask for your patience.
- Fixed Pricing — Prices are fixed at the agreed rates, regardless of any market fluctuations.
- Authenticity Guaranteed — We are 100% authentic and have been in the business for 5 years. We also operate a physical shop, ensuring trust and reliability.
