Refund policy

• All our items are tagged with a S.A.D tag.
• Exchanges or refunds are allowed within 1 week, provided the S.A.D tag remains uncut.
• You must visit our shop in person to process the exchange or refund, and it will be done at our convenience.
• No extensions to the return period will be granted.

• Items marked as clearance are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Please allow for a variance of ±1-2 cm in our measurements.

We are not responsible for any damage, shrinking, or color fading that may occur after washing or dry cleaning of the products. Our liability is limited solely to the authenticity of the product.
